✓ Be unmarried
✓ Currently live in the United States
✓ Have a valid juvenile court order showing you're dependent on the court, in custody of a state agency, or under the care of a court-appointed individual
✓ Be unable to reunite with one or both parents due to abuse, neglect, abandonment, or similar reasons
✓ Prove it's not in your best interest to return to your home country
The SIJS Application Process
★ Juvenile Court Petition: Crescent Law files for guardianship and SIJS in juvenile court.
★ USCIS Application: Upon court approval, we file Form I-360 with USCIS.
★ Work Authorization: If SIJS is granted, we apply for your employment authorization.
